  • All apartments are not suitable for those with mobility issues and are only accessible by stairs.

  • Shirehall Apartments are designed for couples and single guests to relax and have been designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults only.

  • We love pets, but they are not permitted at this location.

  • Apartments are designed for a maximum of two adult guests.

  • Payment must be paid in full when booking, either online or over the phone. All major cards are accepted.

  • Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.

  • Parking is not provided. On-street parking is available at £5 per day, or there are pay and display car parks a three-minute walk away. Details of this are sent in the booking confirmation and pre-stay emails.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

  • Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible by emailing rooms@norfolkpassport.com.

    In the event of a cancellation:

    • If cancellation is over one month before date of stay: 100% refund

    • If cancellation is between 2-4 weeks before date of stay: 50% refund

    • If cancellation is less than two weeks before date of stay: no refund

    No-show guests forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the booking will be contacted. The card used for payment of the deposit will also be automatically charged the full room balance.

    In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
